Hello, you can call me Lanie! I am extremely timid at first, but once I warm up to you, I will be your friend for life. I really do like to be loved and petted on. I especially loved to be brushed. I like to sit in your lap if you're being still and reasonably quiet. I am a smart girl, and know when you're up to something. I can be very curious and I love to play on my own time. I like those cat toys that you dangle in front of me, and I am VERY quick! I can be a little hesitant around loud noises or sudden movements, but don't worry, I will come back around. I don't like to be picked up too much, but you'll know when the right time is for that. I am extremely vocal and love to 'talk' to you. Don't be fooled by my age, I still feel like a young cat! Would you please consider me? I would love to be in my forever home again!

Special Needs: I am a long-hair girl, so in the summer my former Mommy would get me cut like a lioness. I am very good when I go to have it done and don't give the groomer any trouble.
