Most parents bring home presents from trips for their children, right?  How many of them bring a kitten to their child as a present?  Well, for my mother, Rayne wasn't actually a present, but a kitten that she found under her car while my mother was at a scrapbook crop in Rayne, LA.

Rayne is a "normal" kitten, in that she plays and likes to pounce  and play with other cats in the room with her (the others aren't always thrilled).  She will allow herself to be held for a while, but at this age, she just wants to play-play-play until she's tired, then she's out for a nap!  (Unless, of course, you pop the top on a can of food, then she's suddenly *very* wide awake!)
