Tabby / Calico / Mixed (short coat) : : Female (spayed) : : Young : : Medium
Calamity Jane was one of (6) 3-4 week old kittens abandoned in a cardboard box. No mother, not weaned. Calamity and one larger male were the dominate kittens. The male was adopted out right away. Her personality changed. She became sweeter and more affectionate immediately. She plays well with her smaller siblings, who are catching up with her. There is Boots, a female tuxedo gray striped tabby and Marco Polo, a male gray striped tabby. They love playing together.
Calamity is used to eating canned food and dry. She uses her litter box and she is learning to scratch on a scratcher. Smart and very alert. She meets you eye to eye. She would enjoy a house with other animals. Or if alone she would want your complete attention. I think she would do well with kids but little children need to be monitored to be gentle. Calamity has never seen a dog. She has had all of her shots, has a computer chip and has been spayed. All she needs now is a good home.
